knees.

5/31/08 KO 1 Jon Murphy - Murphy buzzed Rogers with a short right hand before a Rogers right cross dropped Murphy to the canvas. Rogers added four knees before the end came at 1:01 of round one.

2/16/08 KO 1 James Thompson - Thompson started fast but his momentum was quickly halted by a series of Rogers strikes from the clinch position. After eating Rogers leather, Thompson attempted a single leg that Rogers stuffed. Rogers then ko'd Thompson with a five punch combination that ended the fight at 2: 24 of round one. Overall, Rogers landed 21 of 28 arm strikes, 16 from the clinch position.

Overview:

Rogers has a puncher's chance and has done damge in past fights with knees from the thai plum position. Fedor's attack is a mixed bag of nastiness. He can punch with either hand and Rogers, who drops his left hand while throwing his right, will want no part of the internationally-experienced Sambo king on the ground. Both throw looping power shots, look for Fedor's to get this first- midway through round one.
