me to do it. I think if they all contributed a dollar, we could gather a few thousand! Gavin Vincent: Where are you spending most of your time training for this fight? You're known for training all over but since this fight is in England, are you training over there more?
Dan Hardy: I got back to the UK a week ago, one week early so I could get everything in order before camp starts. I refocused after my last fight, because I didn't feel my performance was acceptable. This camp is organized and all the strength and fitness tests are done. When Monday comes, I'll be ready to hit the ground running and have a solid eight-week camp. Time to let the rest of the division know I have arrived.
Gavin Vincent: Do you already know what song you'll come out to at UFC 105?
Dan Hardy: I can't change something that seems to be working for me! Plus, I get lots of e-mails about the Cock Sparrer song. I don't like to disappoint!
Gavin Vincent: What do you make of the older guys like Matt Hughes or Frank Trigg coming back to the UFC?
Dan Hardy: I think it will be interesting to see how they do. I used to watch them all before I signed with the UFC. Now I could potentially get to beat them up. That's pretty exciting!
Gavin Vincent: UFC 105 Michael Bisping vs. Denis Kang. How do you see this going down and who wins?
Dan Hardy: I see Mike being spurred on by his loss and improving a lot. I think he will force a kickboxing match and out-strike Kang. Mike works very hard and has all the right training partners to prepare for this fight. I think he will see this as an opportunity to get back on a winning streak.
Gavin Vincent: As always it's been a pleasure talking with you and we look forward to seeing you once again at UFC 105 in Manchester, England Nov. 14.
