I don't think the six-sided cage was much different than a round cage or an Octagon cage. You're fighting that night, so as long as you're ready to perform and you're focused that night, you're going to do what you have to do. What an awesome guy. He is a fighter's fighter. I adored his response to your last question. There are people who talk, there are people who analyse and make excuses, and then there are the ones who just get in there and make it happen. :)
Mtx: Awesome job Mike. I really like Alvarez and I would love to see him fight someday in the UFC, but like someone already said, they probably just offered him a really low salary.
The Kawajiri fight was great and now after reading this I just have the urge to re-watch it :D
