5K Exclusive Interview - Amir Sadollah: "The Hendricks fight forced a lot of change in me."
by Gavin Vincent on May 06, 2010
I really wanted to do. "

FiveKnuckles.com: What where your thoughts on Anderson Silva's performance at UFC 112?

Amir Sadollah: "When I saw that the thought I had was just wondering what was going on behind the scenes. We've all seen Anderson Silva put on amazing fights and amazing finishes so it's not like the guy can't do it (laughs). I just wondered if he was hurt or tired or injured going into it. I think there is always something behind the scenes that we really don't know unless you are the fighter or in the camp. I don't think that Anderson just doesn't care, or that it's the way he always wants to fight. I think it's the way it went, and something he will not be looking to do again."

Amir Sadollah would like to thank TapouT Nutrition, TapouT, Sprawl and Hayabusa. You can also check him out at www.amirmma.com or follow him on Twitter @amirMMA.

 |  (6) Comments The Hitman: He is good from what we have seen. He has some seriouse potential IMO. momentous: Amir got straight up screwed in that Hendricks fight. I like how he basically moved on from it though. It's the mindset you'd need to have if you are a fighter I think. Ares: Great interview, I've always been a big fan of Sadollah. Wandering_Minstrel: I think Amir is kinda what Forrest Griffin should have been. Someone genuinely likeable, but has actual talent. I wish him luck against Stun Gun. That guy ain't no walk in the park, man.
