Randy....I fuckin love you. I called the sub too bitches LOL JujitsWho: Penn needs to retire if he doesnt want to fucking train........the faggot All that talent and no drive.......Im so over his lazy ass. No excuss for that shit. I hearby renounce my nuthuggery of Penn Wandering_Minstrel: I think Penn trained hard, but he had the WORST CORNER EVER. I could have coached BJ better than those couple of idiot fucks. shawnb: thanks for the coverage buddy, couldn't watch tonight, so i appreciated it. i called the main events right. JujitsWho: Im actually warming up to the Diaz brothers personally. I hated Nate for the longest, but watching him move up and do well has earned my respect. Nick I have always had a love/hate relationship with. I think he is awesome, but he does stupid shit that makes me not like him. He is tough as hell and I love his ground game. I guess Toki, Throwing Shoes, and GH have worn me down..............WAR DIAZ!!!! horizontalcracker: thebigdonkey gave me the run down of tonight's events via text throughout since I had to work tonight. I think I agree completely with BType about Penn, I can't be sure since I haven't watched it yet. It sucks, I like Penn as champion. Huge kudos to Edgar though, he's proved to everyone he's the rightful 155 lb champion. I'm very interested in an Aldo Edgar fight even moreso now. It's closer than I believed last time. I fucking knew/wished Couture would choke Toney's bitch ass out. Get the fuck out of UFC James "Tapped Out" Toney. I hear Maynard Fitched K-Flo, it sucks, but it is what it is. Florian knew exactly what he had to defend against, just couldn't beat all those years of wrestling. Maynard v Edgar will be an interesting rematch, Maynard very well may wrestle his way to a title. Edgar has cardio for days, we'll see if Maynard can Fitch it for 5 rounds though. arlovskiviako: Wow Diaz did good against Marcus Davis, who woulda thunk? Pussy needs to fight some good welterweights before he is praised for anything. Give him some people that he will not have a huge reach advantage against, say Anthony Johnson or Ben Saunders or Thiago Alves. Or someone that is just plain better, Jon Fitch, or a great wrestler like Josh Koscheck and if they really want to keep playing him up just to let him die put him against a couple more shitbags and then put him in with GSP. mike5k: Nice work on the play-by-play Jits and thanks for covering it for me. Edgar, baby! Mtx: Its crazy to see such a talented guy fight like that. I will still probably root for him but not sure if I can call myself a fan now. That being said, all props to Frankie. This time around he left everyone with NO doubt on who the better fighter was. His work ethic is showing and fight after fight he gets better. He knew how to fight BJ and frustrated him from the start. There are no excuses now and there is no way to argue the result. BJ has the potential to be great and its a shame to see him waste all that natural talent. arlovskiviako: I really don't think Edgar should be even mentioned with GSP at this point. B_Type13X2: I'll say this again, natural abilities will only carry you so far in this world. I can't really compare what I do for a living to fighting, but there are guys out there who are by in far better then me at what I do skill wise, but they just coast through the day and don't have the ambition to go on their own. But I work harder then they do and I have gotten further wish hard work then they have with talent. Edgar, through pure hard work outclassed BJ penn. Do I think that makes Edgar a better fighter then BJ? Right now it definitely does, and unless BJ goes to a camp that is not run by people who will let him coast, Edgar will always be better then him at this point. BJ was cursed in a way by being in a division, that was quite weak when he started, and he became arrogant because of it and just plain coasted for years. But the fight world is growing and there are many people starting out that are hungry and will work endlessly and relentlessly to get to the top. BJ was at the top, and that is the big problem, he was able to make it there before off his natural ability, and he still thinks he is better then everyone else. Lastly his corner is fucking retarded telling him he is a better fighter then the guy destroying him doesn't help him. He doesn't need kind words right now he needs harsh realities. horizontalcracker: I can easily see Penn as having the ego that thinks it's impossible to learn from anyone because he's better. That's not a stretch at all. IwishIwasMMA: I pretty much agree with everyone and what they are saying.. I am assuming we will hear the bandwagoner comments soon, but jesus, wtf was that shit? BJ did FUCK ALL different in the second fight. Edgar had a field day with the best LW ever... BJ did not only embarrass himself, but he embarrassed the sport he supposedly loves a lot. He does not respect it because he obviously is not learning. He showed nothing new. He has shown no improvement. He has accepted his current skill set as the only skill set he intends to ever acquire. Fuck you BJ. Your brother and your corner are useless. You have no confidence because no one drives you to it. It is time to go big, or go the fuck home and stay there. JujitsWho: IMO, BJ's lack of drive is due to the fact that he has never really had to work for anything in his whole life. His family fuckin owns Hawaii or some shit so putting in the effort to gain something you want is probably foreign to him. He has never had to push through adversity to achive a goal because everything has been fucking handed to him. Thats why he has no heart and gives up like a twat whenever things arent going his way. His camp is a gathering of fags sitting around waiting for their turn to blow him. Nobody there would ever DARE say he needs work on something because they are too afriad to be kicked off the gravy train. I hope he keeps fighting........I want to see Nate Diaz whoop his ass. Pudgy fuckrod IwishIwasMMA: If BJ would have lost but put full effort in and did not give up, I would be very happy right now with his performance. But the BJ I saw did nothing in those categories.
