Earlier today we reported that Fedor Emelianenko was trying to get Affliction to push back its next event from November to October so that he'd have ample time to prepare for a subsequent match up with DREAM which is set to take place on NYE.
It would appear that Fedor Emelianenko got his wish as sources close to the fighter have indicated to Five Knuckles.com that the next Affliction show will likely take place in October.
The interesting part is the location. Our sources indicate that the show will take place in Las Vegas, NV; the UFC's stomping grounds. The UFC is headquartered in Las Vegas and is commonly thought of as that cities only sports franchise.
