Brian Ebersole meets Dennis Hallman at UFC 133
by Tim Groves on April 22, 2011

Two of the most experienced fighters in the UFC will square off when Brian Ebersole (47-14-1 1 NC) and Dennis Hallman (43-13-2 1 NC) meet later this year, according to MMAJunkie.com.

The two are scheduled to meet at UFC 133 on August 6 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Brian Ebersole made his UFC debut as a late replacement for Carlos Condit at UFC 127. The veteran shocked the MMA world by upsetting the heavily favored Chris Lytle at the event. It marked Ebersole's eighth consecutive victory. The quirky fighter has had a rocky road to the UFC, fighting as high up as heavyweight before settling down at 170.

Hallman enters the fight in the midst of a two fight winning streak, including an impressive TKO over Karo Parisyan. "Superman" is most notable for his two wins over former UFC champion and legend Matt Hughes. Hallman dispatched of Hughes both times via submission in under a minute.

Go Bad Boy!!!! Marker28: Two fighters that both have over 50 fights! The ufc should start calling these legends matches. thug4less: It could be a good fight and it's good that these guys can still make money but, I have to say it, what's the point of this fight. I mean, it's entertaining to watch two people go at it, but where's the endgoal for either of them? Championship gold? Who actually thinks either will ever touch such a thing? GO HARD: i dunno i wasnt really being 100% sarcastic with my statement. i really am excited to see ebersole fight again.
