Brock Larson steps up to fight Chris Wilson at UFC 98
by Jacob Camargo on April 07, 2009

UFC 98 seems to be complete as Brock Larson will step up to fight Chris Wilson at the May 23 event. Wilson's original UFC 98 opponent Josh Koscheck was forced to pull out of the fight due to a foot injury.

Larson is fresh off a victory over Jesse Sanders at last week's UFC Fight Night 18. He was transported to the UFC after the WEC dissolved its welterweight division. Larson sported an impressive 5-1 record in the WEC, with his lone loss coming to WEC welterweight champ Carlos Condit.

Meanwhile, Wilson is coming off a split decision loss to John Howard at UFC 94 in January. Wilson is currently training with Team Nogueira in Brazil as he looks to improve on his 1-2 UFC record.
