Fans asked Chael Sonnen to Tweet more, and he did. Early this morning, he had some choice words for the middleweight champion.

"Anderson, you are going to be on your back more than a pornstar with a mortgage."

This trash talking (or trash Tweeting) does not come as a surprise to anyone, as Sonnen has previously bashed Anderson Silva for pretending to not speak English, ignoring his fans, and acting like Britney Spears (desperate for attention).

While the two middleweights are set to meet at UFC 117 on August 7, Sonnen has not been shy in front of the cameras. The politician does not harbor the same animosity that upcoming marquee fighters Rashad Evans and Quinton Jackson harbor for each other, but he still has a bone to pick with the champion.

Some fans have questioned Sonnen's verbal tirades, wondering if he is simply ranting to hype the fight and get his name out there. But whether he is or not isn't really the question. What matters most is who gets the hand raised on Aug. 7.

Revisiting Sonnen's claim that Silva will be on his back for most of their fight, Sonnen is a concrete wrestler. Even though Silva is a superior striker, who uses his reach, hand speed and movement to land shots, if Sonnen can redirect the fight to the ground, he has a chance of winning. Meanwhile, if the fight stays standing, Silva will have the advantage.
