Dana White's popular video blogs will be back in the days leading up to the UFC 104 event later this month.
White's vlogs (video blogs) had been removed from YouTube, and then discontinued, after UFC 101 in Aug.
"I made the decision not to do the blogs anymore," White told CBS Radio in Aug. "I am the one that took them down. They were fun while they lasted, and thanks to everyone for the support."
It is unknown as to why White had decided to discontinue his vlogs, and then decide to bring them back. As White vlogged in the lead-up to his pay-per-view events, he missed out on commenting on UFC 102 and UFC 103.
News of White's vlog return came from CindyO, a forum poster on "The Underground" who is known to have insider information and ties to Zuffa. CindyO wrote: "Folks miss them so he's going to start doing them again=)" This news was followed with reply posts from others saying, "Yay!" "Good deal," "Cool," "That's great news" and "Very glad."
White began his vlogs in Aug. 2008 at UFC 87. While he was on hiatus, fighter blogs took the place to provide entertainment for fans before UFC events.
