Saturday, September 19, 2009, marked a very special day for former UFC light-heavyweight champion, Forrest Griffin. On that day, he wed his girlfriend, Jamie Logiudice.
The couple were married in Savannah, GA, his home state, over the weekend. Griffin's fellow fighter and close friend, Tim Credeur, was in attendance.
Griffin (16-6) last fought at UFC 101 on Aug. 8, where he was defeated by middleweight champion Anderson Silva, who had moved up a weight class to fight at 205 lbs. Since the defeat, Griffin has resumed training. A next fight date and opponent has yet to be named.
