Four Fighters Issued Medical Suspensions After UFC 87

The Minnesota Combative Sports Commission issued four medical suspensions earlier today.

Both "Fight of the Night" participants, Georges St. Pierre and Jon Fitch were issued 30 day suspensions after their 5 round contest which saw Fitch consistently battered over the course of the fight by a very dominant Georges St. Pierre.

Ryan Thomas, who was defeated via second round submission to Ben Saunders of TUF 6 fame; and Dan Evensen, who dropped a first round TKO to Cheick Kongo, also received 30 day suspensions.
