-Jake Shields blasts Frank Shamrock for comments Shamrock has made about Shields and his trainer Cesar Gracie. Shamrock defeated Gracie via first round TKO in 2006, but was soundly whipped by Gracie protege Nick Diaz back in April. That hasn't stopped the verbal jousting between the two entities, however, as Shields and Shamrock have gone back and forth in the media and apperently in person as well. Shields told FiveKnuckles.com that most of the animosity stems from perceived disrespect towards Ceasar Gracie, but that Shamrock has also acted with arrogance towards Shields personally.
