A middleweight bout between Joey Villasenor and Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos will serve as the main event for the second installment of SHO MMA: Strikeforce Challenger Series. The event takes place on June 19 in Kent, Washington.

Villasenor (26-6), is riding a three-fight win streak, but has been idle since defeating Phil Baroni at EliteXC: "Primetime" nearly a year ago. Villasenor is one of the 42 fighter contracts acquired by Strikeforce from ProElite.

ShoMMA's “Series 2″ will also feature a lightweight bout between UFC veteran Jorge Gurgel and EliteXC veteran Conor Heun. Middleweight prospect Cory Devela and Dennis Hallman have also been confirmed for the event.
