Sources close the fight have confirmed to Five Knuckles.com that Kendall Grove will be taking on Jason Day at UFC 96 in Columbus, Ohio as first reported by 411Mania.
TUF 3 winner Kendal Grove (9-5) had dropped two straight via knockout before taking a split decision over the late Evan Tanner in his last outing. He'll look to build on that performance against Jason Day (17-7), who looked sharp against Alan Belcher in his UFC debut at UFC 83, before being promptly KO'd the next time out by Michael Bisping at UFC 85.
