Kimbo Slice vs. Houston Alexander possible for UFC 107

A fight between Kimbo Slice and Houston Alexander is currently being looked into by the UFC, however, nothing is concrete as of yet.

According to an exclusive today by FiveOuncesofPain.com, at least one of the fighters has been approached about the potential bout. No fight agreements have been signed yet. It is also unknown if the bout will be fought at the heavyweight or light-heavyweight division.

Slice made a mistake two weeks ago and hinted that he would be fighting on Dec. 12 in Memphis, TN. In an interview with The Canadian Press, Slice said "yes" to the fact that he would be fighting then, but then reneged on his comment.

UFC 107 will take place on Dec. 12, headlined by a lightweight title fight between current champion B.J. Penn and top contender Diego Sanchez.

 |  (16) Comments mike5k: Somebody on these forums suggested this fight long before the fight was announced. I'm guessing but maybe it was Andrew. Good call by whoever it was. Houston might be a bit too fast for Kimbo but at least Kimbo shouldn't have to worry about being put in a crucifix. It might be an entertaining fight. Jason Lee: With Kimbo talking about fighting a lot of light heavyweight guys and even said he would step up to fight Tito as Coleman's replacement.. does that mean he's moving (or wanting to move) down to light heavyweight? Wobbly1: I think this would be a very bad fight for Kimbo...i'm quite sure he would get ko'd very quickly and would not do his confidence any good. He needs a few warm up fights before he fights the big boys... Andrew: Either way I dont see it going past one round. alexbond: I can't see Kimbo even winning this fight even though it's probably the best possible match up for him, Alexander will KO him.
