Welterweights Martin Kampmann (17-5) and John Howard (14-6) will square off at UFC on Versus 4, according to UFC.com.
UFC on Versus 4 is currently slated for June 26 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Kampmann is in the midst of a two fight losing streak. After dropping a split decision to Jake Shields, a one many thought Kampmann won, The Hitman followed it up with an even more controversial loss to Diego Sanchez. Kampmann battered Sanchez for three straight rounds, leaving him bloody and bruised. When the scorecards were read, fans were outraged that Sanchez had received the nod.
John Howard is also coming off of two straight losses. Doomsday lost a hard fought TKO to Jake Ellenberger when they met at UFC on Versus 2. The fight was halted in the third round due to massive swelling around Howard's eye that rendered him unable to see. Howard then lost a decision to Thiago Alves, where he was battered by leg kicks.
