A lightweight bout has been added to the quickly growing UFC 99 card as TUF season 8 lightweight competitor Roli Delgado will fight British lightweight fighter Paul Kelly, this will be Kelly’s lightweight debut.
Kelly last fought at UFC 95 back in February, where he earned a hard fought decision over Troy Mandaloniz. Kelly sought a move to the lightweight division after he commented on how he hardly has to cut weight to fight as a welterweight.
Meanwhile, Roli Delgado returns to the UFC for the first time since the TUF 8 finale when he defeated fellow TUF 8 cast mate John Polakowski by submission.
