by Natalia Baage on September 10, 2009

Sean O'Haire was arrested in the early morning of September 6 in Savannah, GA, for beating his girlfriend.  He was charged with battery and criminal trespassing.

The police report stated the O'Haire, unprovoked, stormed down the stairs, screaming, and started throwing things at his girlfriend.  He, then, started choking her while calling her a whore and a bitch.

O'Haire was put in jail with $4,600 bail, which he later posted.

The girlfriend told police that this incident has happened before.

In July 2004, O'Haire was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault and battery against two women.

He now works as a bodyguard.

O'Haire (3-2 MMA) has fought for the PRIDE and K-1 organizations.  At Pride 32, he suffered a loss to Eric 'Butterbean' Esch by TKO.  Previously, O'Haire, formerly a professional wrestler, fought with the WCW and the WWE/WWF.  He was the WCW World Tag Team champion for three years.
