Pedro Rizzo recently sat down with Tatame.com to discuss his recent loss to Josh Barnett at Affliction: Banned and his next fight for Affliction.
“It was my fault. I did everything right, trained hard, but didn’t used it on the fight, I got stuck on the ring. I believe it’s because of the ten months without fighting, but I don’t have excuses. I was trained, ready, but didn’t fought well”, said Rizzo.
Fortunately for Rizzo, he won't have to wait too long for a return engagement with Affliction and a chance to redeem himself.
“I’ll fight at October 11th, but I don’t know whom yet. (Affliction) talked about Paul Buentello, but there’s nothing set yet.”
