Krzysztof Soszynski (25-11-1) vs. Anthony Perosh (11-6) and Jesse Bongfeldt (21-7-1) vs. Court McGee (13-1) will take place at UFC 131 in Vancouver, Canada, according to MMAJunkie.com.
The placement of the two bouts of card is currently unknown at the time.
Soszynski's last Octagon appearance saw him net a win over Goran Reljic at UFC 122. The Polish native has been relatively inconsistent in his last few UFC fights, going 2-2 during his previous four bouts. Soszynski was originally a cast member on the eighth season of The Ultimate Fighter, where he became famous for his kimura submission.
His opponent, Anthony Perosh, will fight for the fifth time with the promotion. He has gone 1-3 in his previous four trips inside the Octagon, although his three losses were all at heavyweight and the Australian native is now fighting at 205. In his last appearance, Perosh looked sharp as he was able to secure a rear-naked choke in the first round against Tom Blackledge.
Jesse Bongfeldt will make his second UFC appearance after his first fight against Rafael Natal was ruled a draw at UFC 124. The Canadian native will look to embrace the hometown advantage in his fight with McGee.
Court McGee, winner of The Ultimate Fighter season 11, will try and become 3-0 inside the UFC. After he defeated Kris McCray to win the reality show, McGee faced a tough opponent at UFC 121 in Ryan Jensen. McGee was outclassed in the first round but was able to turn it around in the second frame and finally secured a fight ending choke in the third.
UFC 131 is scheduled to take place on June 11th and will feature a heavyweight clash between Brock Lesnar and Junior dos Santos.
