Strikeforce Challengers: "Evangelista vs. Gurgel," which is the promotion's forth challenger series offering, is officially set to go down as all 18 fighters competing on tomorrow's event tipped the scales earlier in the day at the World Sports Cafe in in Fresno, Calif.

The event take places tomorrow night, Nov. 6, at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, Calif., and the event's main card will be televised on Showtime beginning at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

Headlining the event is a lightweight bout between UFC veteran Jorge Gurgel and undefeated prospect Billy Evangelista. Both Gurgel and Evangelista came in at 159 pounds, which was odd considering the bout was thought to be contested at the normal lightweight division limit of 155 pounds. However, the California State Athletic Commission confirmed to MMAjunkie.com that the bout is actually contracted at a catch-weight of 160 pounds.

In the co-main event, heavyweight up-and-comers Brandon Cash and Shane del Rosario wil square off. Cash weighed in at 256 pounds, while del Rosario came in a little lighter at 240 pounds.

Additional match-ups to be featured on the main card include a very interesting middleweight bout between prospect Luke Rockhold and TUF 7 cast member Jesse Taylor. Also, lightweights Ousmane Thomas Diagne and Merrit Warren will meet in another anticipated main card fight. In the evening's lone women's bout, Elisha Hellspur and Zoila Frausto will look to kick off the televised portion of the card with a bang.

One minor incident of note, undercard fighter Chris Culley weighed in at 148.5 pounds, which is two and a half pounds over the 146-pound limit for his featherweight fight with Casey Olson. Culley will be forced to forfeit 20 percent of his purse to his opponent as a penalty.
