The official fighter salaries for The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale were released from the the Nevada State Athletic Commission today. The event took place this past Saturday on Dec. 5 from the Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, NV.
The event's top earners were main card winners Matt Hamill and Frankie Edgar, as both took home $46,000 a piece. Hamill was awarded a controversial disqualification win against Jon Jones in the night's co-main event, while Edgar scored an impressive second round submission win over Matt Veach.
Edgar along with his opponent, Veach, also took home an additional $25,000, as they were awarded the "Fight of the Night" bonus.
Former YouTube and EliteXC star Kimbo Slice earned a base salary of $25,000, with no win bonus, for his win over Houston Alexander on the main card. Slice's pay may seem low compared to his EliteXC paychecks, however, Slice likely received a signing bonus or had other pay not factored into his base salary.
