The Ultimate Fighter Season 10 Finale concluded tonight with an exciting evening of fights. Roy Nelson took home the event's top prize with a huge first-round knockout over formerly undefeated knockout artist Brendan Schaub.

Schaub came out strong against the former IFL champion, utilizing a stiff jab and sticking solid combinations before Nelson earned a takedown and began working his world-class jiu-jitsu. Schaub defended well, however, getting back to his feet. After a few brief exchanges, Nelson landed a solid overhand right to the back of Schaubs ear immediately sending him to the canvas. Referee Steve Mazzagatti called a halt to the contest at 3:45 of the very first round.

Other TUF 10 contestants who earned wins during the evenings event include Kimbo Slice, Matt Mitrione, James McSweeney and Jon Madsen.

Matt Hamill won the evenings' main event over Jon Jones in a controversial affair which saw Jones dominate most of the action before taking Hamill down for the first time in his career. Hamill apparently hurt his shoulder on the way down and was unable to defend himself against an advancing Jones who quickly passed to guard and began raining down viscous punches and elbows from top position before being pulled off of Hamill due to the use of illegal elbows. Hamill was unable to continue and Jones was disqualified giving Hamill the win.
