by Hubert Lau on July 08, 2011

Ed Herman is now set to fight Kyle Noke after Tom Lawlor had to pull out of the bout due to an injury according to ufc.com.

Herman (20-7), The Ultimate Fighter season three runner-up, is fresh off of a dominating victory over Tim Credeur at The Ultimate Fighter 13 finale. After taking nearly two years off to nurse a knee injury, it took just 48 seconds before Herman overwhelmed Credeur for the tko win. Herman has gone 5-5 in the UFC and been unable to string consecutive wins since early 2007.

Noke (19-4-1) is also an Ultimate Fighter participant, debuting in season 11 which pitted Tito Ortiz against Chuck Liddell. Noke is riding a five fight win streak; four of those wins come from stoppages and is 3-0 in the UFC.

UFC on Versus 5 on August 14 from the Bradley Center in Milwaukee will be headlined by British striker, Dan Hardy, fighting Chris Lytle.

Hope he gets to win and at least stay in the UFC for some time. He's a laugh. The Hitman: Noke loses to either guy IMO. Better chance now against Herman ds1001: hope that short fuse continues his winning streak Wandering_Minstrel: I think Noke is gonna take this one. His ground game is actually quite solid and he's not dumb on his feet.
