World Victory Road's Sengoku Eighth Battle event has just added a light-heavyweight contest as the very seasoned veteran Travis Wiuff will take on undefeated prospect Stanislav Nedkov.
Travis Wiuff hasn't fought since losing to surging prospect Muhammed "King" Mo Lawal at Sengoku 5; the loss snapped his 9-fight win streak. Wiuff has amassed a 54-12 overall MMA record, while fighting for organizations such as the UFC, PRIDE, and the IFL.
The 5-0 Nedkov is a Shooto and Pancrase veteran and he's coming off a victory in his last fight against Masayuki Kono at last December's Pancrase: “Shining 10″.
Sengoku Eighth Battle takes place on May 2nd in Tokyo, Japan and the event also features the quarterfinals of its 2009 featherweight grand prix.
