Fighting and Entertainment Group today announced two additional MMA bouts for the Dynamite!! 2009 event, which takes place on New Year's Eve, Dec. 31, at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.

The K-1 and MMA mixed card will air in North American on HDNet.

Today's announced match-ups include DREAM lightweight champion Shinya Aoki taking on World Victory Road's Sengoku lightweight champion Mizuto Hirota. Also continuing with the DREAM vs. World Victory Road theme, lightweight contenders Tatsuya Kawajiri (DREAM) and Kazunori Yokota (Sengoku) will battle it out.

Aoki and Kawajiri were actually long rumored to be facing each other for the DREAM lightweight title at the New Year's Eve event, but will now square off against separate opponents for unspecified reasons.

Aoki (22-4) is 5-1 in his last six bouts, most recently picking up his second straight win by defeating Joachim Hansen at DREAM 11 in October. His lone loss over that stretch came against Hayato Sakurai in at welterweight grand prix contest that took place at DREAM 8 in April.

Hirota (12-3-1) is unbeaten in his last three bouts, however, he hasn't fought since capturing the Sengoku lightweight title by defeating former champ Satoru Kitaoka at Sengoku Ninth Battle in August.

Kawajiri (25-5-2) is coming off a win over Melchor Manibusan at DREAM 11 in July. The win moved him 3-0 in 2009 and 6-1 in his last seven bouts, with his lone loss over the seven-fight stretch coming against Eddie Alvarez at DREAM 5 in July 2008.

Yokota (11-2-3) is also streaking as he is 5-1 in his last six bouts, which includes three straight wins in 2009, with his most recently victory coming over Eiji Mitsuoka at Sengoku 11 on Nov. 7. His only defeat during the streak came at the hands of former Sengoku lightweight champ Satoru Kitaoka at Sengoku Sixth Battle in November 2008.
