I think I'm stronger, I think I'm more explosive, I think I'm faster, and I think I'm a better wrestler than he's ever wrestled. And all that said, I think my faith is so strong and I think that God has me in this for a reason and I think it's my time and my season to be going for that Strikeforce world title, and this is the guy I gotta go through to get to it so let's get through it. My goals for this year are to have the Strikeforce belt. Last time I fought on the card with Diaz and Noons I saw the belt, I lifted up the belt and felt it and it did something to me on the inside, so I think in 2011 I'll own the belt and bring it back to St. Louis. -Tyron Woodley

Undefeated super-prospect Tyron Woodley talks about his upcoming welterweight showdown with fellow prospect Tarec Saffiedine and his plans for 2011, which include a run at the Strikeforce welterweight tite.

The 28-year-old Woodley (7-0) is coming off of a huge win over highly regarded Brazilian jiu-jistu player Andre Galvao. He holds five wins under the Strikeforce banner and with a win tonight against Saffiedine he looks forward to a possible welterweight title shot. 

Saffiedine (10-2) is coming off of the biggest win in his career against UFC veteran Brock Larson. The former amateur kickboxer and high-level striker displayed excellent takedown defense in that fight and easily picked Larson apart, dropping him at one point in the fight, for the unanimous decision victory.
