An exciting night of action saw three fighters rewarded with fight bonuses after the completion of UFC Fight Night 23.

Noted veteran Yves Edwards was the big winner of the night as he earned two bonuses totaling $60,000 for his second-round submission of Cody McKenzie. The rear-naked choke earned Edwards "Submission of the Night" and "Fight of the Night, after he was able to turn the tables on McKenzie who had dominated him on the ground for much of the round.

McKenzie also earned a $30,000 "Fight of the Night" bonus for pushing the pace in a losing effort against Edwards.

In a night full of impressive first-round knockouts, event headliner Melvin Guillard was awarded $30,000 for his electrifying first-round knockout over highly regarded Evan Dunham in the evening's main event.
