UFN 18 is in the books and here are some tidbits that came out of the event:

*Tyson Griffin, Rafael dos Anjos, Aaron Simpson, and Rob Kimmons each received $30,000 bonuses for their UFN 18 performances. Griffin and dos Anjos earned "Fight of the Night" for their entertaining main card fight; Griffin walked away victorious via unanimous decision. Simpson took home "Knockout of the Night" following his first-round TKO of Tim McKenzie on the preliminary card, which happened to be the only knockout on the card . Rob Kimmons was awarded  "Submission of the Night" for his performance over Joe Vedepo on the undercard, in which he put Vedepo to sleep via a deep guillotine choke.

* UFN 18 drew a record-setting official attendance of 10,267, thus topping last September's  UFC Fight Night 15 for the highest “Fight Night” attendance.  The live SpikeTV event also produced a live gate of $626,077.

*TUF 8 light-heavyweight winner Ryan Bader claims he may have suffered a torn MCL and possibly a torn ACL in his unanimous decision victory over Carmelo Marrero at UFN 18.

*Steve Steinbeiss, whose fight with Ryan Jensen at UFC Fight Night 18 was cancelled last minute due to a medical approval issue regarding Jensen, was paid his salary and win bonus by the UFC.
