Anthony "Rumble" Johnson updates fans about his activities leading up to his UFC 106 fight against Josh Koscheck on Nov. 21.  He runs hills with his dogs to stay in shape for his fight,

Johnson's upcoming fight against Koscheck, should he win, is likely to solidify his place as a contender in the welterweight division.

With Johnson's brash, knock-'em-out style and Koscheck's dramatically improved stand up game, the Saturday night welterweight fight will be a hard-fought battle between two wrestlers who know how to brawl.

The pair have trained together in past years as Johnson spent some time at the American Kickboxing Academy, where Koscheck still trains.  According to Koscheck, he and Johnson grappled and sparred together approximately two years ago at AKA.

Johnson holds a professional MMA career of 8-2 (5-2 UFC).  In the UFC, all of his wins have come via KO or TKO.  He has beaten the likes of Yoshiyuki Yoshida, Luigi Fioravanti, Kevin Burns (which won Knockout of the Night honors), Tommy Speer and Chad Reiner.  His two losses came at the hands of Burns and Rich Clementi.
