Dana White's video blog is a mix of sweet and salty.

White runs into Wanderlei Silva, who comments that White is looking stronger - however, White just says that he has just been eating a lot. The two share a good laugh. White also runs into newly-signed Takanori Gomi, and comments on the UFC's lightweight division.

But the vlog is peppered with short glimpses of a photo of Dan Henderson that was taken at the World MMA Awards earlier this week. White posted the photo on his Twitter account with the following messages:

"Good god! Make sure your kids aren't around when you open this it will scare them! won 2009 ugliest fighter of year"
":) love ya hendo! Happy New Year everyone and be safe tonight!!!!!"

The very last few seconds of the vlog also feature Henderson's face doctored onto a monkey, entitled "Bubbles Jackson."
