As Matt Serra's fight against Frank Trigg approaches, Serra has put together a video blog as a way for fans to follow along in his everyday laughs.

Serra will face Trigg at UFC 109 on Feb. 6, and has been training in order to win the fight.

The former welterweight champion addressed the trash talking that is currently taking place between him and Trigg in anticipation of their upcoming fight at UFC 109.

Apparently, you can call Serra a "short guido," but you can't call him an "angry midget."  In response, Serra cracked a joke about Trigg's "tramp stamp" tattoo.

He also took the time to visit his training school, giving them a quick tutorial in jiu-jitsu.
