Fresh off of the plane from the United States to Manchester, London, Mike Swick continues his training, in preparation for Saturday's upcoming UFC 105 fight against Dan Hardy.

In the first installment of Mike Swick's UFC 105 video blogs, which will be filmed in the U.K., Swick trains with Travis, who is working on his hands with him for this fight, using focus mitts.

"Damn, Mike's ready," said Travis.  "He just tired me out.  We just got done working the mitts.  This guy's gotta be the fastest, fastest, fastest fighter that I've ever held for.  I mean, it's insanely fast.  The speed was incredible, the power was incredible.  He's ready to go."

Swick (14-2) will fight this Saturday, Nov. 14 against the U.K.'s Dan Hardy (22-6, 1 NC).  The winner of the bout will be placed as the number one contender for Georges St. Pierre's welterweight title.
