Video: Mike Swick's UFC 105 video blog
by Natalia Baage on November 04, 2009

"We're gonna be tearin' this place up in a minute," said Mike Swick, getting ready to train for his upcoming battle against Dan Hardy at UFC 105, which will take place on Nov. 21.

In his first video blog, Swick explains - and then takes part in - one of the hardest drills they do at the American Kickboxing Academy.  For 30 minutes, they do a combination of biking, mitt work, rope work, bag work and grappling drills.

"So, basically, you don't have a break," said Swick.  "It's basically 30 minutes with no rest.  So it's one of the hardest things we do and, I think, the reason we don't get tired in a fight."

Swick also takes the time to shoot a quick segment for UFC 105's Countdown show.
